Thread: Sleep paralysis, false awakenings etc

Can we start a new forum dedicated to the various pitfalls that can be encountered when you start messing with your dreams.
Ive been practicing LD on and off for quite a long time now and have had a lot of trouble, particularly with sleep paralysis. While I am starting to get over the all consuming mindless terror of it, it still makes me feel like a bit like the chick out of the Exorcist.
I dont want this to turn in to some kind of demented support group (Parylitics Annonymous?) But if anyone else has encountered and overcome this problem I would love to hear from them, and if any of the more expirienced members have been battling this for years with no sign of success then I guess I might as hear the bad news now.
Anyway what Im suggesting is a complete forum along side gaining controll, and dream signs and recall etc, but first lets see how many people would be interested? Do most people get this kind of resistance or am I part of some freaky accursed subculture?

Theres already a few areas Dedicated to those subjects, like Dream Control, Attaining Lucidity, Lucid Experiances, Dream Recall, Beyond Dreaming...

Theres an area for just about everything dreaming related.
