Yes, in some of my dreams I am aware that I am dreaming. I think that that the ones that are more "tame" in nature are the ones where I am more aware. I know and I have more control in those dreams.

This is all very interesting site and since I have been here, shich hasn't been that long, I have lerned many things.

I have been having bad nightmares layely. It is hard and draining.

i just hope that this works.

Yeah, works for me all the time. I am a somewhat natural, though. The thing to do if you have a nightmare is remember that this is only a dream, & that they really cannot hurt you, then try to face up to them.

I hardly ever have nightmares any more, but I know how they can be draining. In yours, why do you think it is that you don't realize that you're dreaming, when in the "tame" ones you can. Or is it that you just can't seem to control the nightmares?

and i spent 5 minutes trying to figure out why "dreamer but not the only 1" seemed so familiar, before remembering its only a line from one of my favourite songs ever *smacks head*
