      Triggers Lucid Dreaming? (music, foods)

Any of us know what foods caused dreams/lucid dreams (or dreams to be remembered)?

      Also what music triggers LDs.

Any tracks like Astral Projection tracks, that triggers Lucid dreams?

      How's Holosync and Hemisync?

      Any threads on this?

      Patience!!

Patience! Sometimes people dont get to you right away. Personally I do not know any foods that would cause LD. Music might help if you wake up after having it on during a dream. (set your alarm clock to 3:00). Hemi-sync is really good, not sure about the other one you listed.

I haven't been able to lucid yet and its really annoying. Anyone who knows anything else go ahead and post!

Lucid dreaming is such a tauntingly simple thing to attain...

The only thing I can think of is consuming vitamin B6. It helps with dream recollection. It can be found in bananas As for music, we have a BWGEN tutorial you could check out in the tutorial page. I don't know if that's what you meant though. The Dream Guide team is currently writing a tutorial about foods that cause Lucid Dreams. It should be done soon... try asking in the general discussion Bord. You might get more responses.
