Hello all.
I've been able to change and control my dreams, sometimes even ending my dreams. So far, only I am able to do this, among my friends. Whenever I dream, I am conscious that I'm dreaming, maybe because I can feel my body resting on my bed, yet I can have dreams all the same. I'd describe my "dreaming" as a TV under my eyelids, since the moment I move my eyelids (or eyeballs) my dreams end abruptly. I can also change and control my dreams such that I can end it, change the setting, and such. And, I dream so much that I've adopted such a nickname. Yet, because I am subconscious of my body, when I hold or raise my hands in my dreams, it is such a funny feeling, like I have another set of limbs.
I believe my cue for LD, as explained under the definition, is that I am subconsciously aware of my body, and my dreams are usually slightly hazy. Usually I know it is a dream, and enjoy controlling my dreams, but sometimes I'm so caught up in the new world that it ends before I am through with it. According to a website I read recently (sorry, I can't remember what it is) dreams usually occur when you're about to wake up. I believe this is true except for nightmares (unusual, isn't it) because in the weekends my sweet dreams always get disturbed by my dad's stereo playing music!
I do not know how some of you experience LD, but for me, it's like playing god. Has anyone experienced the same thing as me? Can my dreams be brought one step further?
Thanks.
