      Re:How do you meditate?

      My friend hehe, www.dictionary.com,

      med·i·tate
      v. med·i·tat·ed, med·i·tat·ing, med·i·tates
      v. tr.
      To reflect on; contemplate.
To plan in the mind; intend: meditated a visit to her daughter.

      v. intr.

Buddhism & Hinduism. To train, calm, or empty the mind, often by achieving an altered state, as by focusing on a single object.
To engage in devotional contemplation, especially prayer.
To think or reflect, especially in a calm and deliberate manner.

      Main Entry: lucid dream
      Part of Speech: noun
Definition: a dream state in which one is conscious enough to recognize that one is in the dream state and which stays in one's memory

I tried 'meditating' once, it helps me to calm down, maybe I will do it again. I just go sit on the floor/big pillow, in the classic yoga-legs-crossed-style and... relax ^__^

I guess its good to get relaxed, relaxation is good for your DR and therefor your LD's =)

      Ewwwwwwww...

That's such a painful position ! Tae Kwon Do is a sport that uses that when they do meditation or "Focus" "Chang Ching Tang IL(pronunciation not spelling) = Concentration in South Korean" hehe, anyway!

When your almost 6 foot, and have had leg related sports injuries, and have history of bad back in the family Sitting down with my legs crossed isnt my idea of relaxation... i'm more of those *snuggle with 3 pillows my miniature dachshund, and a big down comforter, with a drool bucket* type of person. hehe

Really though, just cause it says Buddhist / Hinduism dont feel threatened by it like it is a religious thing, it is about concentration, relaxation, and sleep usually *drool* hehe,

      Good Luck,
