Hey Guys,
I am pretty new to the lucid dreaming topic.
Recall:
Since 8-9 days i write down my dreams every morning (usually i remember 1, when i woke up duing night its often 2 dreams that i remember)
RCs:
Also since 8-9 days i am doing RCs (about 1 per Hour sometimes more), i have an alarm to remember but im actually trying to move to natural triggers.
my pref is putting finger trough palm and nose plug.
LDs:
i do a wbtb everyday where i try to use MILD.
*on normal sleep i try mild too.
i became lucid one time already with a wbtb MILD i was just entering the same dream as before the wbtb and instantly knew it was the dream. Sadly i was so afraid of not hearing my alarm to get ready for office that i waked myself up intentionally (i could have stayed lucid!)
I hope i can get some cool tips to get more frequent results and id like to remember multiple dreams a night without waking myself up and "start a new dream"
im aware that im all the way at the start with 9 days in. i guess i had such a quick result because i already knew how a ld feels (had one randomly as a child)
