      Ahoj (Hi)

      I'm Triss, I'm seventeen and come from the Czech Republic (so please apologize my mistakes ) and I found this page month ago so I decided to finally do a post here. I have been trying to lucid dream since I was about 6 years old, but last June, after I read Stephen Leberg's book, I decided to try for real. Since then I have had more than 60 lucid dreams, but most of them were very short.
      I do reality checks every day and write in my dream journal about 3 to 6 dreams per night. I try to perform WILD (with WBTB) but mostly I get lucid thanks to DILD. Lately I have some sort of block and I didn't have a lucid dream for weeks although I tried very hard.

      I have been training very hard as well and I have found that sometimes trying too hard can cause setbacks. Just last night I decided to just let go and sleep rather than work on an induction technique......and I had a short but very clear LD.

      Sometimes it is best not to push the river....especially once you get into the flow. Relax and enjoy this wonderful ride.
