      Decided to get serious!

      Hello everyone! My name is Sonya and I'm pretty excited to get serious with training my mind. I've always been able to lucid dream in the past, but it was very hit and miss. Growing up dreams have always excited me. Any night could be a new adventure. When I was younger I suffered from nightmares and night terrors. In just the past few years I've also began to experience sleep paralysis. I'm hoping to learn alot from from everyone and begin my journey!
