Thread: I dont tink im dreaming at all?

Hey there im new here
Great to meet you all.
I dont dream at all i havent in the last 3 months so can imake my dreams lucid if i dont dream?
Sorry for such newbie question.

You just don't remember your dreams. I had the same problem. Recently I've beet setting an alarm for 3:30. I wake up with the dream fresh in my mind, write it down, and go back to sleep.

I'm going to try that.
I'm also going to tell myself to remember hehe
I'm so excited about this, i don't know why but im a little bit scared to incase i cant wake up in one.

It's easier to wake up from a dream if you're lucid. Also your first lucid dreams are likely to be pretty close to your normal dreams, just with the exception that you know you're dreaming... it won't be anything totally different from a normal dream; and whether you remember your dreams or not, you're used to having them. But with some practice... watch out, they get pretty darn fun.

A thing to watch out for with your first LD is being so excited to have succeeded that you accidentally wake yourself up! So they start out short, generally. Often times people have problems with staying asleep long enough to have a decent-length lucid dream.

I think ive had 1 lucid dream before and it was about 4months ago.
I was in my house and everyone was loud and dancing around our house is always happy like that so nothing normal and i got in a playfight with my mum and then suddenly mums best friend came bursting through the front door a quad bike and rode into the kitchen.
I laughed and said ha this is a dream got scared and scream wake up and i woke up

Hehe, what is the fasination with flying? Oh wlel everyone lvoes it but me I suppose Just keep wrighting down anything you rememebr in you DJ, and you shoudl bring that recall up soon. I had my first lucid dream i think this morning.

I was at my house and weird things were happening so i calmy said you're dreaming and things started to fade so i spun around and it worked and then i thought now lets really see so i spun and said make me be at Willy Wonka's chocolate factory and i was and then i thought right flying!
So i took myself to a place with soft ground and something t spring off so i did in full control when my mum come into it and puled me back and said i was to young for flying and then i woke up.
