      Hello guys

      hello guys..
firstly, sorry for my english ^^'

      i'm Hyun from France i'm a 15yo student in highschool, i'm a mixed european-korean-vietnamese.
i had 3 lucid dreams, the 3rd just two days ago.. i dont know my feelings about this..

i've always been fascinated by strange things, others worlds (ufo, astronomy, etc), paranormal things (ouija, auto writing etc).. I would say that im not "new" in the lucid dream thing i had my first one, one year ago and i did many researchs about it .. but still i have many questions..

i don't know if the lucid dreams really worth it or it's just me..
In the 3 LDs i had, it felt like a normal dream, i was not really "lucid"..
The question is, if i'm in a lucid dream (and i have a good level of lucidity in it), will it feel like the real world ? Will i see clear, will i be lucid like right now i'm writting this ? Will i have a good eyesight ? Will i feel the wind in my hair, on my skin ?

It's really important for me, i'm really excited about it, just thinking of it give me feelings in my stomatch.. i need answers

      Thank you

      Hi there Jeonkise and

Great that your interested in Lucid dreams and that you have had the experience already

Yes " knowing I am dreaming" " while I am dreaming" that's what it is - it's an awesome feeling fom my own experience ...probably coz usually we are not aware in the dream that's it's a dream, so it's a new feeling to explore ...and then when you get this feeling of awareness in the dream and you know your body is actually asleep but your mind is now awake in this wide space ...Wow! I find the feeling quite mindblowing - even after the most simple or small lucid I wake up with a very refreshed wide open feeling - like I have been somewhere very special.

If we are just a little bit lucid then we will be more foggy and more in " dreaming" frame of mind then the amazing feeling is not so much there with me but it's still something I treasure - so I spose it depends on how lucid you are ...how it will feel.

My advise is to Keep experimenting and getting lucid - you will get lots of experience for yourself and all your questions will be answered I think

      thanks for your reply

how silly is my question.. i'm only a beginner and i already want a high lucidity dream

If we are just a little bit lucid then we will be more foggy and more in " dreaming" frame of mind then the amazing feeling is not so much there
yes ! thats what i wanted to know, but with a good lucidity, i hope it will feel like the real world, i really hope

If your really interested in having lots of awareness in dreams you should read Sageouses stuff on the fundamentals and other threads - developing our self awareness and "lucid mindset" in daily life is key

Yes it does feel very real in a whole realm of ways but you will encounter moments that may confuse you. The best thing is to have some ideas on hand of things you would like to do in your lucid dreams. We have competition's that you will get to enter after you have been a member for a month. They give you great ideas with the tasks.. We have different kinds here. Monthly, yearly & other things more advanced that could have you participating in more than one at once. Remember to read & reread the rules of the comps so your get credit. Always journal. Every day. Even if it was. "I can't remember anything but I know it wasn't lucid, lol." or "my cat is screwing up my sleeping" I had the cat problem for a while, lol. Your journal helps you in ways you haven't even thought of yet. Ask questions & make friends. The more you interact the more you will enjoy the forum & all of it's perks. The people are really cool! You also may notice that many people on here are at different stages or having personal growth moments which is something you should strive for. The better you know yourself. The better you will become at lucid dreaming. Reading other peoples journals every day helps a whole lot in various ways. You can comment, ask questions, make friends, get ideas from, etc. Well, that was my few cents, lo. I hope you enjoy our little home & stick around.

i have a bunch of ideas already, but first of all i would love to feel the wind on my skin.. in my dream and be aware of it, its so beautiful i think

ok i had a 4th lucid dream and i think i was really lucid in it
i woke up by accident at 5:30 of the night and i was really (x10) tired, i had the idea to do the FILD technique (finger technique), in 10sec i had a kind of choc in my whole body, i did the nose reality check and it failed i was in a dream !! I was in my bedroom but there's something i don't understand.. it was so cold (felt the coldness on my bareleg) and i coudnt do anything, but i was really lucid i could feel the ground and see pretty clearly...
      but im pretty happy now

It just depends really. I have had fully lucid dreams that seem fuzzy. But I have also had extremely vivid lucid dreams that seem almost more realistic than real life. It is hard to maintain a standard of dream quality because of all the variables.

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
