Excited to be here + few questions :D

Hey, everyone! I'm ladmeyer, and I found this site about a week or so ago and have been looking at posts, and today I've decided to officially join :D . I have a few questions about lucid dreaming that I thought I might as well post here. Super excited to join and looking forward to getting better at this!

Question one - I've seen multiple methods for reality checks, which of these lot should I include in my regular "RC routine"?

nose pinch, look at hands, look at clocks, push finger through palm, think about how you got here, do surroundings make sense

Question two - how many times should I RC per day? Right now I would say I'm doing detailed checks about 10 times or so every day. Should this number be higher or can it be lower?

Welcome ladmeyer:) whatever RC you do remember it's the feeling and presence that the Reality Check is " checking" - what I means is - your checking what state you are in 1. Dream State 2. Waking State....well inorder to be doing this in an honest way we must be rooted as much as poss in the present ...now ...that's where the lucid mindset/mindfulness/presence comes in. Developing lucid mindset and remembering our goal as much as poss is key to getting Lucid in our dreams - good luck with yours :goodjob::offtobed:
