Hey im Ali finally found a place to talk about this yay

Hey

So I have been having lucid dreams slash astral travel since I was young ....

My brothers told me more about it recently as they did not want to scare me. I would be up at night talking to people and when asked they said it was that it was old lady or people teaching me.

In teenage years I had few where i felt something touching me or I was being swung around the room. I thought I was being haunted by something.

I recently found out its me omg I was seeing a guy and i knew it was to good to be true the first night i stayed I had a dream i was being swung around the room i could see the room and the bed. I woke my self up yelling for help...... we lasted two weeks before he broke it off for no reason im 100% Its was love at first sight. He told me he loved me and I believed him

About a month ago i was dreaming and i was looking at myself asleep so I yelled WAKE UP...... I woke up I was like omg are you serious its me I went from yelling in my ear to hearing me yell in my ear .

I went to a sound meditation class and I was down by a lake and saw a person a fuzzy blue person we flew over to each other I was not worried I was happy and we flew into each other . I dont rember what happend after that. But I woke up feeling like a different person I was happy and relaxed . That night I went lucid three time before I could go to sleep I did not have enough energy to do it again and I was still trying to understand the fuzzy person.

Last night I had just got into bed closed my eyes and something said my name I could see in my third eye a guy a nice looking young an about 25-30 and he said hello like a normal conversation . I was like hey who are you he just smiled and asked how i was . I was so in shock it was then I was like ok im not awake im her talking to this guy in my dream..... I asked who are you how is this real why are you in my dream....

So pretty much I would love to hear if anyone has had this . What do you think it means? Could he be the same person I saw y the lake ?

Seems you've been having some quite interesting experiences throughout all these years! I can somewhat related to some of them as I got told I was a pretty "weird sleeper" during my childhood, talking to people during my sleep only to be woken up and report completely unrelated dreams :P
