      First post

      I just discovered this forum and registered. I'm French, nobody is perfect and have been fascinated by dreams for many years. Practising lucid dreaming, keeping a dream journal for 2 years. I also face a lot of insomnia, recurring nightmares, but it does not stop me from enjoying the adventure.

      I will explore the forum further and am eager to share some experiences with other members.

      I have insomnia and recurring nightmares too! You picked a great skill to master for helping with those things, lucid dreaming has sure helped me to overcome many of my frequent nightmares. I'm excited to read some of your posts.
