Hey all!

I've been around in the DV community for almost 8 years now, despite having a good run while studying at university then a massive (several years long) gap after starting work. For some unknown reason, yesterday I decided to give myself a kick, adjust my bad sleeping habits and work on my lucid dreaming again. Low and behold, after learning a new technique (SSILD) and trying it for the first time, last night was my first lucid in almost a year, so a good start!

As of now I'm resetting my LD count on my profile to 1, even though it's probably more in the double digits across several years of on and off practice. This time I really want to make a better effort, including keeping a dream journal which I've never managed to stick to until now.
