Yup, of course you can!

Click on "Control Panel" (top right menu) and from there, click on "Edit Avatar" (this is located on the left menus, the second one that stars by "My Settings")

And from there, you can upload from an url or your pc.

I believe if you click here it will prompt you to upload your avatar
