My mind prevent me from LD

Hi all, I m working on this new stuff from 2 weeks now. Nothing happened except yesterday when I dreamt my wife was drawing something but she was doing it like in photoshop (i mean it is not possible to draw like this because wherever she was passing with the pen, a lot of stuff were drawing). Then, I said to myself: "hey this is not possible,..." but then, instead of telling me I must be dreaming, I told myself that it must be because she is using photoshop. You see what I mean, my mind tries to prevent me from realising I m dreaming. Please help, John.

Don't worry, we all have those "duh" moments in our dreams. You just need to get in the habit of doing a reality check anytime the thought enters your head that you might be dreaming. I think the best one (at least for me) is attempting to breathe while pinching my nose.

Thanks for the answer, I will try your pinching the nose and breathe stuff. Maybe it will work

I've been doing the pinching the nose meathod as well, that and looking at words/numbers, closing my eyes, and then seeing if they are still the same. I think these ones work well because you can do them almost anywhere at any time.
