Greetings from Boston......

Hi everyone,

My name is Raymond (user name here is Cenacle), and I have been interested in dreaming for many years. Back in 2009, I decided to up my game and start keeping a daily dream journal. Just blank white sheets, in a growing pile by the bed. I do my very best to make writing down what I remember my first morning task. Some days there's a lot, some days it just crumbles. It's a practiced craft, and I am a beginner still.

I also run an online radio station, SpiritPlants Radio (SpiritPlants Radio | Main Page), and one of the shows is my own show, "Within's Within: Scenes from the Psychedelic Revolution," and in recent years I've mixed dream material into the opening of the three-hour show. To a background of music, I will use my dream journal as source material to create a "dream rap" live on mic. They are usually about 3-5 minutes long. Fun!

I've also published these dreams raps in the literary journal I edit, The Cenacle (hence my user name). Three volumes of these have appeared in the April 2013, June 2013, and April 2014 issues of the journal, in the piece "Notes from New England." I tried Vitamin B6 for lucid dreaming recently, but it did not agree with me. Once night it gave hiccups for hours, weird!

Anyway, that's enough of an introduction. This looks like a great site! I hope to contribute something good to it over time.
