Although I am not a new member I'd like to reintroduce myself. I have had a love/hate relationship with lucid dreaming. I LOVE the idea of it, I love the idea of being able to do anything you think of, to fly, to unlock your subconscious etc. But I HATE how much patience and how difficult the process can be. As a result, I have had ups and down with lucid dreaming. I've always wanted to have a lucid dream that was a vivid as real life (is that even possible) but the only lucid dreams I get are short and blurry!! This is my third time back into it and I determined to get it it this summer. I want to do it right this time. I'll need all the help I can get lol. Well yeah that was it. |

WILD is a bit hard process and needs patience, but, if you try DILD then maybe, without any afford you will be able to achieve atleast 1 LD per week, but the VIVIDness depends completely upto you, how you are able to hold on in your dream as well as the Lucidity. To do DILD, Reality Check is the most important thing, you have to do it atleast 5 times a day, not hard at all ;D , also try to keep a dream journal, which will help you to memorize your dreams and will increase the chance of becoming Lucid during a normal dream. Good Luck |

Dreams can be just as vivid as waking life, if not more |
