Hi everyone, I'm Aaron and I am new to Lucid Dreaming. As of yet I have still not had my first Lucid Dream, or I do not remember it. I perform reality checks and have a dream journal.. one of the hardest things for me I think is to believe that I could be dreaming when I am awake.. because I am so sure I am awake. Hopefully my first lucid dream will come soon!
