      new here :)

      Hi everyone!
I'm Inbar and I wanted to ask some questions, first I'll say that I had 1 lucid dream,
my story is that I knew what lucid dream is and that you can see a clock or hands in a dream and then you are lucid, but didn't try hard to have a lucid dream and didn't make reality checks. and then one day it just happened to me, I saw my mom very short like a dwarf (by the way, what does it mean? if it's not the forum for dream interpretations can someone give me a link for one?)
and then I thought that it's impossible, and saw a clock somehow, and then I was like waking up inside the dream in my bed, and my eyes were wide open and I could think and feel my heart like in real life, and ask for things to happen, and they happened and all the lucid stuff..
but since then, I didn't have a lucid dream, and the strange thing is that I dream that I think that I realized I'm in a dream, and then maybe try to see a clock, but nothing happens. it's like I'm dreaming a regular dream about trying to be lucid. and I'm not sure how I got lucid in the first dream, it happened unintentionally.. so how to be lucid again? and why I dream so much about trying to be lucid? it happens almost on every dream.
      thank you

Lucid dreaming takes three things: Patience, practice, and perseverance.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

It is possible to dream about lucid dreaming, or even doing RC, but not getting lucid. Those happen mostly after we practice for lucid dreaming, so that reflects in our regular dreams. It means, that our mind took notice of our activities. Happy dreams

I would recommend to start with DILD technique.
