Hello everyone!
I have just restarted my goal to lucid dream again. I remember having lucid dreams as a young kid but not thinking anything of it. Then eArlier this year I started trying to lucid dream but lost track of dream journaling and rcing after a few weeks, but I did reach semi lucidity. What made me get back in to it was having 2 weird dreams a few nights ago and I regained my interest. The weird thing is my first semi lucid dream a few months ago was a deild but I didn't even know what it was. Now I'm doing the dild technique. I've been rc'ing and dream journaling the last few nights. I'm going to start doing a mantra each night to remember my dreams. Wish me luck!
