Hello all, recently joined and hope to be an active contributor.

I spent about a year, 10 years ago, concentrating one learning lucid dreaming. I managed to actually have a couple before slowly my time became more pressured and I fell out of practise. I now feel the need to go back and relearn everything from the start.

Recently I became motivated to revisit lucid dreaming and I really hope this time I can make is a life long habit. Having not done it for ten years I started a dream journal again. I've noticed just in 4 days how improved my dream recall can be. Having little to no dream call only 2 weeks ago, last night I remembered three dreams. The brain is amazing isn't it.

I'm keen to keep my dream journal electronically, can anyone recommend a good iPhone app for dream journals?

Anyhow, I look forward to speaking to some of you and looking over the materials on this site

Hi there imJB and welcome. I'm at the moment using Momento (Diary/Journal) which has personalized alarms in order to remember you to write whatever and even an option to display in the lock-screen messages like "What have you dreamed?". Though eventually I'll change to the Shadow app when its released.

Btw, I came back to this hobby after 20 years of absence earlier this year. One thing I found was that I was skimming through some of the basics assuming that I remembered more than I actually did, and it took me a while to admit that after so long, there are a lot of things I did not remember after all.

It's kinda long to explain, a quick search in google should solve all your doubts, they have a kickstater proyect.

Could anyone tell me whether there I a tutorial on how to use the chat functions?

Like how I can mention someone in a post etc?
