      Hello Everyone

      Hi to everyone on the forum.

      I've been a bit of a stalker on this forum for quite some time and, after finally getting a permanent internet connection, thought it time to upgrade from the stalker status.

      It was a couple of years ago now that i first came across Lucid Dreaming. I had always had a fascination for dreams but the trouble was i rarely remembered them. Throughout my childhood i had what i called my dream week. This, i always looked forward too. Basically, once a year, i would have a week where i always remembered my dreams. It could be any point in the year so i never knew when it was coming. (Strange i know!!) Any other time and my mind was always blank upon awakening.

      Long story short, one day i decided to look into dreams more and came across the phenomenon of Lucid Dreaming. A few years later and without much luck (due to faults of my own) i decided to change my lifestyle. I wont go into details but suffice to say it was needed!!

      Since my change my recall has rapidly improved. I am almost up to remembering a dream every night now and have had one very close Lucid. Unfortunately the excitement woke me up.

      I will be along on the forums a lot more and am hoping to meet some friendly, like minded people interested in dreams like me. I look forward to being part of your community and if you have managed to stick with me for this long... Well Done!!!

      Gah, welcome to DV!

      It is sort of strange that you used to only remember dreams once a week out of the entire year, but not totally unheard of (at least for me). I used to have a friend who could only remember his dreams on Fridays. I won't go into the topics of those dreams, though.

      Glad that you seem to have changed your life for the better. Please, keep it up!

      I did always find it strange! At least every Friday equates to 52 dreams a year!! lol
