Hi, I am 27 old who has been interested in psychology and self improvement for 6 years now. I suffered from depression 2 years ago, but antidepressants, meditation and spirituality helped me get out of the hole I was at. Later I found Eckhart Tolle`s books and been practicing awareness /living in the NOW/ for 1.5 years. A friend of mine told me about lucid dreaming a month ago and I thought that I want my nights not to be filled with something and that my awareness practice and strong memory might help me progress quickly.
