Hello! Recently I've wandered onto the site. I'm very much interested in Lucid dreaming, and attempt to do so. Hopefully the site can give me good tips. I will also start recording down my dreams because I quite enjoy reading some of the members dreams and I'm sure some would enjoy hearing about mine. I have had a few lucid dreams before. Only one was a decent length of time, which was based around me flapping my arms like a bird to float up into the air in my living room. Such a strange dream it was.

Yes, keeping a dream journal is a wonderful thing. Not only to read through it later, but to find patterns and it also tells your mind, that your dreams are important to you and you love having lucid dreams.

I know you say you have already had a few LDs. You can still start here Induction Methods and Techniques to read Dreamviews recommended tutorials. There are also links to more advanced ones, if you feel like it.

You knew that scientists have begun to cross the path of recording dreams? Well, one of the first videos I want to see is dreams like yours: people flying! Flying is just an amazing experience, and I used loads of lucids just to fly around: the wind in your body, the changes in acceleration, the no gravity feeling, etc etc, it's just awesome
