Well, there is one question, I've heard there are certain things you can drink and eat to improve dream recall. Since you seem like a reliable kind of guy, are there any foods/drinks that have helped you?

      Thanks in advance

I'll say that this a pretty debatable subject filled with a lot of "fact vs placebo." In my experience though, Apple Juice seems to really help with my clarity/vividness/etc. The B6 in apple juice has been thought to help with these aspects. I don't get too into the supplement area because everyone's mind and body are different, so some things may work better for others. Of course, there is that placebo effect that is hard to document as well. I'd start with B6 rich food and drink or vitamins if you are looking for a supplement boost. Melatonin is another popular supplement. I haven't really tried too much more than that.
