Hey WizardWoldy! Nice to see a fellow wizard in our midst. |

Hey everyone. I dont know where this site was when I was searching Lucid Dreaming a couple months ago. I first developed an interest about 3 years ago when I picked up a book that mentioned Astral Projection, then I saw waking life some time after and started learning more about Lucid Dreaming. I've had about 3 lucid dreams but they weren't very memorable, and I was never motivated enough to really learn how to do it. I heard about this site tonight though and I'm loving it, I would really love to learn how to WILD on a regular basis so if anyone wants to share their experience or give me some tips it would be much appreciated. Look forward to hearing from you guys. |

Hello, may I suggest the book, Exploring the world of lucid dreaming by Stephen Laberge? It's really insightful, and I think free. |

Hello Woldy and welcome to DreamViews! I have a WILD guide that you can take a look through if you wish (link in my signature). I also suggest taking a look at WILD in the DreamViews Wiki if you haven't already. I hope you enjoy your stay. |

Thanks guys for the welcome and the tips. I'll be reading up on all your WILD stuff KingYoshi. I've also read some of "Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" but couldnt stick through it the first time around, I feel motivated now though. It seems like consistent good sleep is necessary for LD, and I have the most awful sleep schedule right now so I guess thats where I'll start. |

Welcome to the site, here are some of the most important things most guides fail to mention: |

It's possible even with an erratic sleep schedule, I'm a truck driver and my cycle constantly shifts to make up for on time delivery and hours of service regulations. Whether or not it's hindering me I couldn't tell you, but like King Yoshi said, depends on the person, I'm rather use to it. Give that book another shot as well, it's a little dry at first but he breaks it down pretty good. |
