Hi, I'm New - jackc45
So Im jack (20) from the UK, and I am extremely interested in Lucid Dreaming.
I have not yet been able to become lucid yet as I am trying to first remember my dreams, unless there is a way to become lucid without needing to do that.
I am also disabled like alot, and I'm looking for a way for me to become Lucid, in a way that I am able. :D
I will make a thread about my problems after this introduction. :D

Hello Jackc, welcome to dreamviews! :)
Trying to improve your dream recall is an excellent first step. That way you can get to know your dream signs and how your dream world functions, both of which helps a lot in becoming lucid.
I suppose you can become lucid in dreams even with bad dream recall, but the problem is that you don't remember it afterwards! :D
It is nice to have you here, and once again, welcome!
