There is all kinds of information and tips here at this site and the people here are all very experienced. Just don't get overloaded or overwhelmed with the amount of information. Go slowly, trust in your own efforts and experience, and learn a little bit at a time. Always make sure you are having fun doing it. Never make it a chore, to write in your dream journal for example. As soon as it is a chore, or any feeling of frustration, etc... then you are working against yourself. Just have fun, and if you start getting tooo serious take a little break and relax. You are already progressing good!
