If you go to the forum there are forums for lucidity induction with tutorials for techniques, etc. I would suggest checking out the Dream Views Academy there is all kinds of awesome information in there.

You can try my method of attaining lucid, I just practice visual awareness all day and when I go to sleep, I just stay aware of the back of my eyelid till I fall asleep.

Hey man I suggest picking a basic technique like DILD MILD WILD DEILD first and sticking to it for at least a month before trying anything else. Good luck to you.
