Introduction to CrystalT!

Hey all. I just found this site on google search while trying to find somewhere to chat and brainstorm about lucid dreaming and meditation. Hopefully both of those are acceptable topics here. I haven't fully looked everything over yet. Anyway I just wanted to post a quick hello howdy-do and all to you folks out there to say I'm here! Ha! :) to the poor unsuspecting masses out there. :)

I put a little bit of detail on how I came to be involved in lucid dreaming and meditation in my profile so look there if you want to know more. Really it just leads you very briefly (in a couple small paragraphs) through my childhood and to what led me to checking lucid dreaming and meditation out about two years ago.

I am the worst kind of slacker so it's been sort of an on again, off again kind of love affair over the last two years. So anyway that's a bit about me.

P.S. I am working on creating my own lucid dreaming induction mp3 and I was hoping for some opinions on my script. Would anyone know where I would post something like that to get thoughts and opinions from others on the subject? :)

Hey Crystal, Welcome to DV :) Post your induction tape in the Research sub-forum, or you could PM it to me,I'd be happy to read the script.

Ok thanks dutch :) I'll do both, I think just because I'd like to have as many different opinions and suggestions as possible. :D I've often found that with varied views common themes tend to pop up :) And thanks for the warm welcome! :)

You'll also find alot of things like that in here: Lucid Aids It's a bit more popular than the research part, you might wanna start a thread there and I'm sure many people will want to listen to it :)

Matt, Thanks! I already posted it on the research thread... uhh.... should I delete that and post it over on Lucid Aids instead or...?

I'm actually working on it right now and I think I did a good job with my inflection and intonation. I recorded the vocals all in one long chunk and now I'm having to listen and split it into parts and I'm feeling very sleepy rofl! :D Seriously how do people do this every day and actually get any work done!? :D

As for folks wanting to listen to it, that'd be awesome :D

If you feel like you get too few responses I'd be happy to move it for you :) Just PM me if that happens and I'll get it done. Lucid Dreaming can be quite addictive. But if you don't take care of real life and if you're not happy when you're awake, your dreams will reflect that and you can't enjoy them either.

Thanks Matt :) More than anything I'm having trouble with actually remembering my dreams lol. I wake up and I get the feeling I've had a dream... but for the life of me I can't remember it. Like last night. I know I dremt... but I don't remember exactly what it was It's just a vague foggy streak in my mind lol grr frustrating :)

Matte , our Dream Guide team leader runs a general lucid dreaming class, and you can join in contests where you gain points for dreams you have. General Lucid Dreaming (Matte87)

Gab , another Dream Guide runs a class that is very valuable to beginners on MILD/DILD, which is by far the best method to start with. DILD (Hukif and gab)

Finally as far as the DVA stuff goes, there is a class on introduction to lucid dreaming. This is a great place if you are just starting out and need a little personal help. Intro Class (OpheliaBlue, RareCola, CanisLucidus, Chimpertainment, Xanous)
