      Hi everyone!

      Hi everyone!
my name is Kristina, I'm 34 years old and I come from Germany.
I had my first spontaneous lucid dream at the age of 10 years, it was an unforgettable experience for me. But I never realized, that lucid dreams are an ability that one can learn and practise, so it remained to be the only lucid dream for a long time.

By dealing with spiritual themes I stumbled over this subject again and since march 2011 I do my researches about lucid dreams and make daily exercises.
I'm working with meditation and realitychecks. I prefer the dreamyoga technique and realize several times a day that I'm already dreaming.
It really works and so I already had 14 lucid dreams but my dream control is still really bad.

Now I experimentalise with WILD and WBTB and a few days ago I successfully induced a lucid dream by these techniques. I will go on this way and I hope that one day I can have lucid dreams by will whenever I want. And of course I want to have MORE lucid dreams.

I'm a big fan of Castaneda and I'm also interested in shared dreams, oobe, the void and shamanism. My aim is to use lucid dreams to learn about myself, to have spiritual experiences and of course to have fun!

PS: please excuse, I'm afraid my english is a bit rusty.

      Kristina

      Welcome to the forums!

It sounds like you already have a great start when it comes to lucid dreaming but you never mentioned a dream journal (DJ). If you keep one than great but if not you should definitely start. It helps improve dream recall so you don't forget your lucids and it helps you recognize dream signs which can help you become lucid.

There is a Beyond Dreaming section of this forum which is dedicated to astral projections, OBE, and other "beyond dreaming" topics. There is also a group called the International Oneironaut Shared Dreaming Project, or IOSDP for short. They have their own sub-forum dedicated to expanding the knowledge of, and proving, shared dreaming.

You sound like you already have a great hold on lucid dreaming but if you have any more questions feel free to reply to this thread, create one in the appropriate forum, or send a message to a member of the community.

Welcome welcome! Neat to hear stories of how one has found their way to lucid dreaming, I enjoyed your story.
Your English is Great, Especially compared to some of the people here in America. I have a friend who is a big Germany fan, he loves it! He introduced me to the band Rammstein. Good stuff!
Anyways, may all your dreams be long and happy.

      Happy dreaming!

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Yes, Beyond dreaming is the best place for everything "beyond" - OBEs, shared dreams and other topics. You may wanna check out also Inner Sanctum, which is even more "beyond" than "beyond".

And also bunch of LD related forums. Make yourself comfy and have fun! Looking forward to your posts.
