Thread: Semi Lucid dreams

When I lucid dream I recognise straight away I am lucid dreaming and will rub my hands to prolong it and make it more real. The only problem is, is that I don't completely know i'm dreaming.

Last night I had two lucid dreams, first I dreamt I was in a spooky house and soon as I realised I was dreaming I got freaked out and remembered what somebody had posted on here saying that if you close your eyes and lay down you will wake up so I did that. And I was kicking myself when I woke up and realised what I had done. Then in my second dream I was in a hospital, I became lucid when I was near a bed and willed Jessica Alba to appear she did, but I think I blinked or closed my eyes for a second and everything went partially dark, I rubbed my hands and span around fighting to keep myself lucid. I eventually got distracted and start free dreaming again and Jessica Alba had long gone .

I can't seem to become fully lucid for some reason, I heard some say that if you shout HIGH LUCIDITY! you become fully lucid and have complete control of your dream, has this worked for anyone? and does anyone have any suggestions or advice for me?

Hey Interesting dream

well i have had 5 LD's and ive been doing this for 4 months, and my last LD about 8 days ago..was my most intense one...the reason why is cuz in my dream i was like "I want to have a Lucid Dream" i said that twice--and holy cow, everything became so sharp and real and i did a RC--sticking my finger through my hands--it worked

Also another one of my LD's relates to controlling.

[Dream]

I was in a gas station and somebody was trying rob it--and like i was about to leave--but he came after me with a knife--and i grabbed it out of his hand and he ran outside--and i knew i was dreaming--and i became Lucid--and i was backing up down a row of things and like i didn't have a gun at all, but i was Lucid so i was like "I have a gun!"...and i reached around to my back pant area--and when my hand came foward---I had a 9 Milimeter in my left hand I ran to get my best friend who just had came out of the bathroom and he had a gun too, he tried to shoot the robber who came back in the store but he ended up shooting me nine times---i was like--"Dude i just got shot 9 times and i didn't feel a fucking thing..........I love dreaming!"

Later we went outside and i look at my best friend and i was like "Dude, you know im not a wake right now, im dreaming....."

And a few minutes later i woke up

so basically just tell yourself "Clarity Now" to get clearer dreams...but relax and stay calm..dont walk around right away, take 10 seconds to stay put and look around at your surroundings, and just tellyourself "I'am in control..I can do what I want!" and you should beable to

now to go to different surroundings..try Dream Spinning--i have yet to do that--but spin around in place in a circle, while that is happening tell yourself "When i stop spinning im still going to be dreaming, and im going to be where i want to be" and when you stop spinning and everything comes to focus you should be there

Again im not an expert, i just did my first RC in my last LD so, i'm still trying things out...but i hope this helps
