Hi, I'm new here, yet I've had about 10 lucid dreams my whole life. Most when i was young. There was one week where i had 4, which was really weird. 2 of them, I think they call it half lucid, since i couldn't control it, I just knew i was dreaming, but couldnt "fully control" myself and do all the things i wanted. I've had one where i can fly like really high. 2 where i can levitate about 3 inches to 3 feet off the floor. The rest, were all different, including one which I was running away from a murderer. Anyways, I was reading up on this topic, since its summer and i wanted to do something interesting. People were talking about an aid to lucid dreaming. Such as re-entering a dream. One guy who brought it up, said that dreaming and waking up then going to sleep again thinking of the dream, you'll continue it, but itll be lucid. Another guy was talking about food and drinks and there aid to lucid dreaming. For instance, when he drank lucosade, or something like that, it happened more often. And it also happened alot with coffee, soda, or other caffeinated products. So, to get to my point, i just wanna know what tips you guys have, if you're willing to share that is.
