I agree! |

So hi, I just registered to ask a question because I had my first lucid dream in the morning. |
I agree! |
sorry if it wasn't clear, maybe it's the excitement ! |
No, it's not necessary to get through the sleep paralysis consciously to have a lucid dream. Some people prefer to do so - such methods are called WILD (Wake Induced Lucid Dreams) - but there's a lot of ways to fall asleep without experiencing it and still have a lucid dream - in general they're called DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dreams). |

eworm just explained it. You don't necessary have to get through sleep paralysis to experience LD, there are different varying methods to get LD and I think WILD is the only one that consists sleep paralysis. Since it's wake induced, I would think you're truly conscious throughout the whole transition from awake to sleep paralysis to finally getting a LD. |

No you don't have to pass to SP you can directly have Lucid Dreams. congoz on ur first~! |

MILD:1 DILD:8 WILD: 1 (It was an accident!)
My 3 LD's were DILD's (Dream Induced Lucid Dreams) The only weird feeling I had in the 3rd was not being able to open my eyes after dream spinning. |
OK... But the weird thing about it is I wasn't expecting one.... It just happened.. I woke up at 8 and slept again and tada... I had a LD |
For me SP is very real. Body and mind. |
ok so I guess I only dreamed about it... mmmh ok Thanks again |
