What's up fellow lucid dreamers? I'm jarjar and I just found out about lucid dreaming earlier today. A couple of weeks ago my brother had a lucid dream by mistake a remembered it, so now I want to see if I can do the same thing on purpose. Hopefully after a lot of practice I can fly to Hollywood in my dreams. (that is possible right?) Well that all for now, see you guys around the forums. |

Thanks, I'll be sure to read the guide. I guess that If I do fly to Hollywood I won't see what it actually looks like, just what I think it might look like |
|
That's right. Unless you've seen Hollywood before, your mind will have nothing to base the Hollywood in your dreams on, so it will be based on your expectations. |
|
Well then I'll be sure to look at a lot of pictures |

pictures, ah the days |

After practice, you can lucid dream when you focus on it. |

OK, DILD is a lucid dream, that starts out as a regular dream. So you go to sleep normally and in your dream you realize you are draming. For this to happen, you must train your mind to alert you when you dreaming and get you conscious. You do the training during day and as you falling asleep. The practice is really easy and takes just a few minutes couple of times a day. You can read about how to train for DILD here. |
