Hi, |

Hi, |
|
Hi Nudge |
|
Hello Nudge, I am fairly new here as well (with just over a month under my belt). As Solarflare said, keeping a dream journal is great when trying to improve your recall so you can remember your lucid dreams. And about the Sleep Paralysis, it creeps me out as well so I normally stay away from the methods that require it. |

Forget the risk. Take the fall. If it's what you want, it's worth it all.
Thanks but no thanks with the profile picture. I have one, but it doesn't show on the forums :/ . |

Why doesn't it show? |

I have no idea. It shows it, at least for me, when I go to my actual profile. |
