Ok, I went to bed at like 12. I set my alarm clock for 6 in the morning. So at 6 my alarm clock went off and I woke up, leaned over and wrote down my dream and how I felt about it. Then I layed there concentrating on following a certain dream.. I would concentrate on say riding a bike, and using imagery to set stuff up.. Then all the sudden it would get very ez like I waaas there and a second later I would like wake up from a totally different dream that what I was thinking about. LIke a whole dream would start right there and then just like pop me out back laying in my bed awake... then I would repeat the steps and I would just keep waking up immediatly from diff stupid dreams. Also when im laying in bed ready to fall asleep. I have these dreams that are really short + dumb that arent very much fun. And I kinda wake myself up from them and then a few seconds later I'm back asleep in some dumb dream. I thought we dont get into dreams untill like 2-4 hours into our sleep cycle??? Also I have tons of dreams just before I wake up. Especially if I dont HAVE to wake up and I wake up, then lay there and fall back asleep over and over again having these crazy fun dreams. Ooh and when I wake up and start typing in my dreams... It reminds me of like atleast 3 other dreams that I had sometime in the past. But most of the time its not really enuff to write down. WELL THX Sorry of there are a lot of mistakes. Im on a monitor that displays 16 colors so I cant even read what I'm typing.. sorry
