Hi guys and girls. I haven't read many articles yet, but so far this seems like a great website to learn about LD. A bit about myself, I'm from Nz, doesn't match the sweedish flag I know but it's where the majority of my family is from. I'm a teenager and into health and weightlifting.
I've had 1 semi-successful lucid, it was very brief though. I remember controlling it but wasn't entirely vivid. I've tried astral projection numerous times, non successful, closest I got wasn't vibrating but my heart was beating like crazy so I woke myself up :p

Welcome to DV! Astral Projection isn't scientifically proven, alot of people still believe in it though. I won't dismiss it entirely, I'll keep my mind open for the possibility but it sounds to me that it's just a successful WILD. Anyways, you should read some WILD tutorials and get into that first, from what I've read AP is alot harder than WILD. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
