Welcome to the forums fellow lucid dreamer. =D |

Hey guys, I recently decided to attempt lucid dreaming, and have been going now for almost a week. I've been following tutorials all over the internet and this site seems to be the best place for fellow dreamers. I haven't achieved lucidity yet, but I understand it can take some time, so I guess I just have to keep trying =]. I do, however, have a few questions on some of the experiences i've had in the last few days; |

Are you sure this is one long dream? Could it be multiple dreams throughout the night that are all blended into one upon waking? Do you wake throughout the night to write down your dreams? Or do you wait until the morning? |
|
I usually wake throughout the night and write them down as I go, though the dreams seem to get longer as the night goes on. I was trying to recognise my REM cycles, and the most common times i usually wake from my dreams are around 2-3am, followed with another one around 6-7am. The last couple of nights i seem to just be skipping the first and waking up at 7. They could be multiple dreams but they just seem to feel like one long one |

Do you still notice yourself waking up after your 2-3am dream? You're probably just sleeping right through your 3am awakening. If you're worried about it, be sure to remind yourself to notice this awakening. I wouldn't stress about it too much. You can only hold so many intentions at once. You have to pick your battles. |
