First post: I have really bad dream recall, whats the best technique for me?
~Intro~
I recently learned about LDs and lurked around here every once in a while for a few weeks. I halfheartedly tried to WILD a few times after reading a little about them on this forum,but all of them failed.
But in the last week, I started doing reality checks in real life- and I had 2 DILDs! One more clear and controllable than the other. I just realized something was out of place in my non-lucid dream, decided to do a reality check, and realized I was dreaming.

Anyway, OTHER than the 2 DILDs and the non-lucid dreams that came right before them, I have really horribly bad dream recall.
-I might semi-clearly remember a dream once a month or even once every few months
-I'll probably "clearly" remember small fragments or the overall theme/setting (was I in danger? was it erotic? was I at school?), maybe once a week to once every few weeks
-any other times I might get small fragments/theme/setting but forget them very quickly, like in a matter of seconds after waking up
My question is, with my pretty bad dream recall skills, if I wanna try LDing right away, should I focus on DILDs/MILDs or go more to the side of WILDs?
