With eyes wide open..
I need some help. Every night when tryin to preform a WILD I lay back, close my eyes, relax, and let the heaviness, vibrations, and sleepiness take over. But every night the same thing happens either while waiting for this or while this is happening my eyes start to relax and feel lighter and then they slowly start to open which drives me crazy what's going on? The only way I can keep them closed is if I tighten the muscles around them which when I do,will not allow me to sleep. Also another thing when I'm laying there my eyes start doin this weird thing where the start looking in extreme directions and twitch, which hurts and makes it harder to sleep. Any suggestions?

I've also experienced twitching, and I don't know why it happens. As for your eyes, I would suggest to reverse blink (instead of eyes ooopen-close-ooopen, you do eyes clooosed, open, cloooosed, if you understand :)) a couple of times, and maybe change sleep position.

You could try a sleeping mask to keep your eyes from opening.

Hi there my friend,
First of all, it would be very helpful if you do a WBTB(wake back to bed) before performing a WILD. If you do a WBTB, your body will be more relaxed the time you perform a WILD. The reason why your eyes are twitching every-time it's closed is because it's been exposed to light for some amount of time. So it's either you stay away from light for 20 minutes before WILDing, or WBTB before WILDing. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions :)
