      Hello!

      Hi I'm Arilou, and I'm new at lucid dreaming, discovered it a few months ago but havent made major attempts to LD so now I'm starting a harder effort!

      Hi there my friend,
      Nice to have you in DV. Anyways, I recommend you get yourself a dream journal and practice your dream-recall. That way, you'll have a good starting point in the field of lucid dreaming. Also, have you already chosen your preferred method to LD? The DILD and the MILD are quite beginner-friendly while the WILD is more of for advanced LDers. But of course, you make the decision. Hope this helps and feel free to ask more questions
