Hey,
I've been trying out WILD for almost two weeks, with no real results, when I stumbled upon DEILD - somehow it just seemed to fit me.
I often have dreams where I'm sort of aware of the events as they unfold, and as such have an easier time telling when I might wake up.
Either way, I've tried DEILD for two days(nights, I suppose), coupled with some auto-suggestion, and tonight I think I was really close.
I woke up, moved a bit, then I laid down and my mind randomly started visualizing the dream I was just having - sadly I was zapped by some kind of lightning in the dream just as that tingly SP feeling set in, so I became too aware.
The dream was about being lucid too, I remember being there with some friends and summoning stuff and trying out all sorts of stuff.
Anyway, no real point to the post, I was just really excited about having progress - and I think I have found the method that will work for me.
Might as well throw in a few questions
Have any of you tried binaural beats, and have experienced that certain tracks increase your dream vividness/recall?
Is there any way to "train" realizing you're in a dream? I mean, when I experience my dreams, it is often quite obvious that it's not real, yet I don't instantly become lucid (as in, able to control things etc)
