ok i quick read the noob guide. i think my first attempt in the practice is WILD (thinking of somebody, fall asleep, and policeman came), recently i did try WILD several times, but it seems very difficult and always failed, certainly because of my sleep pattern. last night is DILD. the DEILD is when before i woke up, i walked the room first i've experienced WBTB+WILD, but that was before i'm becoming lucid dreamer. sort of accidental type occurence, all of them, WILD, DEILD etc. i only remember that my concious attempt to become lucid, is when the first time i success, ie using WILD (the policeman stuff) and i thinking maybe i'll become more easier lucid if i sleep on sofa (not bed) or if its on the bed, i'll become easier lucid if i sleep on my right side with my right hand under the pillow. and remebering my first lucid dream with policeman. it took me very little time to go to sleep/REM state, dream and woke up on sofa only around 5 minutes iirc during a not so noisy day with people passing by.
