Hi kislany, and welcome to DreamViews! |

Hi everybody, just joined. I think I took it backwards because I got interested in astral projection and apparently one way to achieve it is by starting from a lucid dream. So I thought to investigate it, and during my researches, I came across this board. And got interested in the topic of lucid dreaming by itself |

Hi and welcome to Dream Views! |

Welcome to dreamviews, |

Welcome to Dreamviews! How long have you been trying to astral project? I recommend you take a look at Puffin's beginner's guide to lucid dreaming, if you haven't already. It is very helpful, and worth a read! Good luck! |

Welcome! It's good more people are discovering this site, and lucid dreaming! Good luck on astral projection and lucid dreaming! |
|
What other methods do you use for astral projection? Any similarity to the typical WILD methods? |
|
Try this for astral projection. Imagine a tiny white light point in your head. Watch it move around on its own, and if it does or does not move around, do mentally move it around. Try it in different mental settings, like just daydreaming, or about to fall asleep, or having just woken up, or if you can, in dreams. |

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes! I've been interested in AP for almost 2 years now. Sadly I haven't had yet a conscious astral projection, but I got to the vibrational stage. Recently I've been reading more and more about APing from a lucid dream, and because circumstances here don't allow me to simply sit during the day and try to have an OBE (too noisy, etc), I've realized that indeed learning to have lucid dreams during the night when it's anyway quiet around here might be the best way to go. My dream recall is relatively good anyway (at least I usually remember my last dream just before waking up), so why not start from there? |
