The best advice I can give you is to start with a very basic MILD or DILD technique. And then over the time of practicing you should add onto it. Within a year or so you should have been able to create a great technique that works for you! |

Hey guys I am sort of new to this but not really. I have had 2 lucid dreams (one with RC, one because it was not logical) and both have been very vivid. My only problem now is that I stopped and I want to get started again but this time finding out which induction technique works best. To do this I ask participation from everyone if you don't mind. Your probably saying why change tech. if you have had already 2?! Yea 2 in like 6 months of practice and like remember like 4 dreams a night. Please just write the technique and how it help you. |

I was always a dreamer, in childhood especially. People thought I was a little strange.-Charley pride
Thats great advice but I think I have been practicing MILD for quite some time now, how would I go about making my own induction tech. What do you mean exactly? An example is much appreciated. |

WBTB is your friend. Pair it with whatever you want, but try to WBTB at least once or twice a week. |
