I have a question which falls under this category as well:
I know dream recall is important as it helps you train your brain to remember more and more details, thus also helping you understand your dreams better, looking for reoccurences or other things that might have a deep meaning.
However, if one experiences a lucid dream, is it possible that we won't remember it? I mean, if one had a lucid dream, then that consequently means he became lucid while dreaming, so he was conscious he was dreaming while he was still in his dream. Why would one forget that after waking up? Doing things consciously in a lucid dream should be different than doing them unconsiously in a "normal" dream, so the danger of not remembering them should also not be the same, right? If you're conscious that you're doing something, shouldn't you be able to remember it even after waking up?
I'm asking this because I've read somewhere that we should use a DJ so we won't forget if we had a lucid dream, but it just doesn't make sense to me
Hope I'm not off topic here.
