hello my there fellow newbies , i mean those with a zero count of lucid dreaming , i think some of us just need to be tutured to acheive things so lets discuss here on how we will acheive lucidity here in the newbies forum if you are interested and want to join the ~group~ just post your name

Are you planning on doing a different technique each week? If you are, it's not really a good idea because each technique should be tried for at least a month to see if it really works for you.Quote:

well cant puffins technique be used with like all others. it seems like it it should be done every now and then like a rc
You can do SAT while practicing MILD and other techniques.
It's more of a thing to do in the day, and yes, it's better to stick with techniques for a long time. i.e MILD.
