Hello, my name is Max. I learned about lucid dreaming about 3 or 4 months ago and have been following this site since, so I figured I might as well join. I usually try to avoid forums but I noticed that this community is open minded and interested in the kind of knowledge/understanding that I seek. I have dedicated my life to learning the nature of reality, something that has lead me to an aspect of the mind that few know anything about: Lucid dreaming. My interests include quantum physics, holography, meditation, mysticism, dreams(duh), and basketball just to name a few. I look forward to sharing my experiences/insights on these subjects, as well as my take on their role in lucid dreaming. |

Hi Max, welcome to DV! |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Have questions about lucid dreaming? DM me.
thanks for the welcome everyone. I've been working on my dream journal for about 2 months and have gotten to where I can remember about a dream per night. I've had a handful of lucid dreams, although relatively short. They all have been attained through the WILD technique or after meditation, Ive never gained lucidity during a normal dream, no matter how obvious it should have been |
